Egyptian Food and Flamenco

After work Ingy and I decided to make an Egyptian dish that her mother always makes for her. It is called Fasolia. It consists of onions, ground beef, green beans, tomato sauce, chicken bouillon and spices. All of it is served over white rice. We made enough for my roommates to eat too. Dal, the 26 year old, ate with us and seemed to really like it. Nacho was at the gym when he got home didn't try it. He literally doesn't like anything with vegetables, so he passed. After we headed to a flamenco bar called "La Carboneria". Normally the main stage is so packed it is hard to find a place to stand to see the show. It was a Tuesday night and we got there early so we ended up getting seats right next to the stage. My friend Jennifer joined us and we had some drinks and watched flamenco for a good hour.
All in a days work

Adding the green beans to the rest of the ingredients
Mixing it all up
